It’s true, they start as lifted or cracked shingles you can’t see from the ground. Flashing failures around chimneys and vents. Or they can show up as moisture intrusion that won’t show up until spring storms arrive!
A February inspection gives you clarity before urgency. And clarity is cheaper.

Winter damage doesn’t wait for warmer weather

Cold months are when roofs are under the most stress. Expansion, contraction, heavy loads, and high winds all work quietly against your system.

Sergei and his team were efficient and respectful. They started at 7:00 a.m. and finished at 2:00 and did an excellent job of cleaning up the site. If the occasion arises where I need work done on my house, I will definitely use Riedl.
